- Heather Hotchkiss, 26, was arrested on July 1, 2016 for criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She has been released to Tracy Bullard of Superior without posting bond. She has to wear a drug patch and will be subject to random UA testing. Her sentence is set for July 10, 2017.

Billy Jo Chaffin, 29, had a status conference. Sentencing lawyer Kirk Krutilla was unaware of his whereabouts and he hasn’t met the probation and parole to complete pre-sentence investigation report. Chaffin was arrested June 11, 2016 for stealing a 2006 Hyundai Elantra from his sister-in-law in Spokane, WA. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license and obstruction of a peace officer. He was arrested heading east on Interstate-90 in Mineral County.
