Sanders County locals turned out to Hot Springs for Turkey Bingo.

The Hot Springs Lions Club once again had their annual fundraiser which saw around 100 people attend for the event at the Hot Springs Elementary School.

Though officials say numbers were down this year on attendance, the fun and atmosphere was not.

Families took part in both the standard games and special games as they vied for take home frozen turkey or grocery basket as they get set for Thanksgiving later this week.

Local VFW donated a small handful of baskets for prizes while other local businesses banded other to sponsor or donate goods for filling several baskets.

There were a total of 17 games played on the day with some extra prizes up for grabs in between staggered games played.

The local Lions club was hoping to raise over $1,000 for the event which will go towards their community outreach events and also split between charities they donate to throughout the year.
