Justice Court cases seen in the Thompson Falls Court room by Judges Douglas Dryden, Donald Strine this past week are as follows:

Allan Uriais Shank, 36, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Improper passing in No Passing Zone. He pleaded guilty, total costs paid equalled $85

Jim Howard Hanson, 62, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Driving Under the Influence; Amended to Careless Driving resulting in an accident. Total costs paid equalled $185

Joseph W Gawel Jr, 53, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone limit. He was clocked doing 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. Total costs paid equalled $65

Mariah Mieko Borchers, 23, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone limit. She was clocked doing 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. Total costs paid equalled $65

Eric Kevin Massey, 60, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Speeding on Non-Interstate-Exceed Day Limit. He was clocked doing 82 mph in a 70 mph zone. Total costs paid equalled $70

Chyene Lynn Richmond-Baird, 32, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol on two violations; Charge one, Seatbelt Violation; Charge two, Fail to Carry Proof Or Exhibit/Insurance In Vehicle. She pleaded guilty to both charges with total cost paid equalling $65

James Robert Compton, 72, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for three violations; charges one and two were dismissed; he plead guilty for charge three, Speeding-Exceeding Restricted/Special Zone Speed Limit. He was clocked doing 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. Total cost paid equalled $85

Type Matthew Cobb, 41, was charged on for two violations by Montana Highway Patrol. Charge one; Fail/Have Child Under 6 years old and Less than 60lbs Properly Restrained; charge two Seatbelt Violation. He pleaded guilty to both charges. Total cost paid equalled $30

Michael Pacovsky, 64, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Careless Driving resulting in an accident. Bond was forfeited, total costs paid equalled $85

Matthew Charles Russell, 39, was charged by Sanders County Sheriffs’s Office for Failing to Obey Instructions of Traffic Control. Bond was forfeited, costs paid equalled $85

Justin Phillip Kinsman, 29, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Operating Without Liability Insurance-2nd Offense resulting in an accident. She plead guilt, with total costs paid equalling $100

Denny Michael McDonald, 68, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Careless Driving resulting in an accident, Bond was forfeited, total costs paid equalled $85

Arba Dorsey, 65, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for ROW Violation-Fail to Yield to Vehicle on Through Highway resulting in an accident. Bond forfeited, total cost paid equalled $85

Jody Ray Doyle, 44 , was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Seatbelt Violation. Bond forfeited, total costs paid equalled $20

Cathy Hoekema Schilling, 60, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Seatbelt Violation. Bond forfeited, total costs paid equalled $20

Tyler Nicholas Schack, 25, was charged by Montana Highway Patrol for Speeding on Non-Interstate-Exceed Day Limit. He was clocked doing 80 mph in a 70 mph zone. Bond forfeited, total costs paid equalled $20
