A whirlwind week for the Hot Springs Savage Ladies Volleyball team saw a loss and forfeit.

Thursday night’s game was a forfeit for Savage Ladies, as Two Eagle couldn’t rally enough players for the match.

The next game was against Noxon on the home court. The Noxon Lady Red Devils took the win 3-1 over four games.

Though Hot Springs took the loss, the team has certainly been working on their on court technique with putting out some impressive rallies during the first and second games.

Stand out Hot Springs players of the Saturday night match were Savannah Roosma. She showed to be a strong hitter and strong defense player on the net.

Sydney Jackson also a stand out, should strong defense as well for her team. Strong saves by dives for both offensive and defensive plays.

Sage Jackson proved to have a strong serve during the game while Brianna Gray also showed to be an aggressive player on the court. You could even spook she was the secret weapon on the night as she was able to read the plays well and position herself for within her team to produce a strong rally.

There is no doubt that Danielle Cannon was the power hitter of the night. Though not overly tall, she has the ability to put some serious power behind her hits, which sees the opposing team most often unable to hit a return.

The winning Red Devils had one standout during the game, as the team would play nearly in sync each play.

Delaney Weltz showed strong offense that looked to be key to their win.

Overall, the Noxon Lady Red Devils synced well as a team overall with plenty of chatter keeping the strong throughout the match to take the win in Hot Springs.

Noxon had also recently matched up at home agaisnt Charlo. The match saw the teams battle to a 2-2 tie before Charlo won the fifth game to win the match. Standout player again for Noxon was Delaney Weltz who completed nine kills for the home team.
