It was homecoming for Superior last week with daily fun leading up to the culmination of a parade and football game on Friday, Sept. 15. Students were asked to dress up each day starting with Dynamic Duo on Monday, Patriotic Day on Tuesday, Wednesday was Color Day and Thursday was Camouflage Day and Friday was Spirit Day.

Though Friday turned out to be chilly with temperatures dipping into the mid-30s at night, students and school fans turned out for a spirited homecoming parade down River Street in Superior and then onto the football field for a game against the Victor Pirates, where Connor Voll and Margaret Parkin were named the school’s Queen and King.

Earlier in the afternoon, students gathered in the gym and played a number of games including musical chairs, a good old fashioned tug-of-war, a Cheetos toss, food-eating contest and more. After the game, they gathered back into the high school and danced the night away.
