Gary Bryon Thomas

Gary Bryon Thomas went home to be with our Lord Jesus at approximately 3 a.m., Jan. 11, 2018. A graveside service is to be determined at a later date.

He is survived by his daughter, Makayla Jean Thomas and stepdaughter, Sadi Stonehawker, her husband Simon and granddaughters, Huntly and Lincoln; his mother, Carolyn Jones and stepfather, James L. Jones (married in 1975) added an extended family-Cheree-Tammie-Jim Jones Jr..

Gary was born July 17, 1962 in San Diego, Calif., joining two sisters, Sherry Lynn Thomas and Linda Jean Thomas.

Gary received his GED diploma in 1981. He worked bucking bales and in the woods in his younger years. He was employed for several years by an environmental company cleaning and restoring environmental contaminated areas and large containers in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho and Northern California. We believe this type of employment robbed Gary’s physical and mental health in his later years. Though this was never acknowledged by the environmental employment in the late 1980s or early 1990s or ever to my knowledge.

However we are forever thankful for the many residents that were so watchful and supportive with concern for his care and loved and remembered our loving fun and happy Gary. Always with a ready smile for all.
