The weekend was full of teams from Sanders County looking to come away with a solid triumphant win from the basketball season.

It would all come down to the final match up of Plains Horsemen against Arlee Warriors for the boys varsity.

Knowing the strength of Arlee on the court the Horsemen put up a solid fight straight out of the gate. However they couldn’t keep up with the quick feet and solid ball handling that is seen from the Arlee side.

The game would end with Arlee defending their title with a final score of 95-69 for another district title.

Though Horsemen Kyle Weeks topped the Plains team with 21 points scored.
