The Cabinet Ridge Riders had a snow packed fun day at their recent poker run event in Trout Creek.

Riders all converged to the Lakeside Resort to register before they took to the trails for a day of fun on the snow.

The nonprofit holds a number of fundraisers throughout the year.

Form each event, the group gives out three high school scholarships to graduating seniors from the Noxon, Thompson Falls and Plains schools. One recipient is chosen from each school.

They also split funds back into the community which include ambulance, food banks and clubs that support local kids activities.

From the 16years they have been operating, they have donated a total $139,720 back into the community.

The next fundraiser poker run will be held in June which will see ATV’ers take to the trails for their poker run followed by the ever popular horseback poker run.

If you don’t want to miss out on the fun of the poker run, you can keep up to date with events through their Facebook page; Cabinet Ridge Riders.
