Young aspiring archers took to the Plains High School gymnasium for this year’s tournament.

The archery range was set up to the length of the gym with both a 10-meter and 15-meter line for archers to shoot from.

Each shooter shoots a total of six rounds — three separate shoots at both lines with five arrows each.

There were a total of 29 young archers at the local tournament.
