In late October, Alberton third graders along with art teacher Jo Nasvik visited Mineral Community Hospital where their artwork has been put on display.

Their work is in the lobby and depicts paintings of camping scenes from the mountains.

“They learned about mixing paint and showing space through layering,” explains Nasvik.

The artwork will remain in the lobby for several weeks and is an ongoing project between the hospital and area schools.
