Patty Steinebach

| October 26, 2018 11:53 AM

Patty Steinebach was born June 26, 1946, in Greeley, Colo. She passed away Oct. 16, 2018.

She attended Boulder High School and then joined the United States Army where she met the love of her life, and they were married for 51 years.

Patty and Larry resided in Aurora, Colo. They moved to Plains, Mont., to be close to family and raise their three children.

She worked as a cook and was a full-time mother to her children.

Patty was diagnosed with M.S. in 1978 and later in life survived breast cancer three separate times. She was strong, witty, loving and always tried to have a smile on her face for her loved ones — no matter how much pain she was in.

She enjoyed all her grandchildren (that kept her going) family, friends, going out golfing with the family. Patty was their scorekeeper, cart chauffer and peanut gallery all in one. She also enjoyed crafts, yard sales and shopping.

Patty will truly be missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Letha Raehal, and father Paul Raehal.

Patty is survived by her husband, Larry; siblings, Evelyn, Paula and Tommy; children, Bonnie (Rick), David and Steven (Carla); grandchildren, Derek, Landon, Ciera, Nathan, Cory, Haylee and Logan; great-grandchildren, Aidan, Kira and J.J. Jr.; niece and nephews, Kristine, Danny and Mason; and for those not mentioned.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, Oct. 26, 2018, at the VFW in Plains, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. A reception will follow.

From the family ... thank you...
