The Mineral County Performing Arts Council presents Utah-based Otter Creek’s traditional and original folk and bluegrass tunes for a special Valentines Day Concert on Feb. 14 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Superior Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Cabin Fever Community Potluck

There will be a Cabin Fever Community Potluck on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 6 to 7 p.m. Drinks and utensils are supplied. Bring a dish to share. Setup begins at 5:30 p.m.

After dinner, the Great Burn Study Group will show photographs of winter in the area.

‘Oula’ Workout: Oula is a high-energy, easy-to-learn, calorie-burning dance workout held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the St. Regis School Cafeteria.

Kundalina Yoga: Enjoy Kundalina yoga in Alberton on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the elementary school.

Senior Centers

Superior Senior Center serves free dinners to residents who are 90 years old and older. Dinner is every Wednesday starting at 4:30 p.m.

St. Regis Senior Center serves meals every Thursday at 5:30 p.m., and on the last Monday of the month, also at 5:30 p.m.

The Alberton Senior Center serves lunches each Tuesday and Thursday at noon.

Library time for young children

Mother Moose Tales Reading Circle is held at the Mineral County Public Library for ages 0-3 on Thursdays from 11 to 11:30 a.m. in Superior.

Story Hour at St. Regis library

Story Hour is held at the St. Regis Community Library located at the school from 5 to 6 p.m.

The library is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
