Superior Town Pump receives 'Most Improved' award

The Town Pump/Flying J Travel Plaza in Rocker was recently received the prestigious Diamond Dealer Award from Pilot/Flying J. This is the fourth year in a row that the Town Rocker Town Pump/Flying J has received this designation. The Town Pump/Pilot Travel Plaza in Lolo, Montana also received the Diamond Dealer Award. This was the first year the Lolo location received the award.
The Town Pump/Pilot Travel Plaza in Bonner and the Town Pump/Pilot Travel Plaza in Superior also received awards for “most improved.” The combined four awards were the most received by any Pilot/Flying J operator.
“When professional drivers have many options for fuel we constantly strive to go the extra mile to enhance their experience, said Director of Travel Plaza Operations Pete Barthelmess. “The drivers choose the award winners and judge us on more than just fuel; its service and attention to detail that make our teams the award winners they are,” he continued.
After visiting a Pilot/Flying J location, professional drivers receive an email survey from Pilot/Flying J asking for feedback on the location including overall cleanliness, pump island services, condition and quality of shower facilities, food offerings, travel plaza amenities and overall experience. These scores are tallied and dealers are ranked based on the professional driver feedback.
“The Rocker Town Pump Flying J has won this award four times because of the non-stop effort of the entire team,” said Town Pump District Manager Channie Garrison. “Receiving this award four times means a great deal to our team because it comes from surveys of professional drivers who are stopping at travel plazas every day,” she continued.
“Lolo manger Patty Tottenhoff has been part of our Lolo Town Pump Pilot team for over twenty years working her way up to manager,” said Town Pump District Manager Teresa Panko, “she has a great core crew who understand great customer service. They know most all of their customers and professional drivers by name.”
Town Pump operates 18 Pilot/Flying J Travel Plazas across Montana.
