There was a down powerline that deputies were called to secure the area until Northwestern Energy took over.

Assistance required for an elderly male who thought his ex-wife was after him. Deputies assist the male and ensured him that there was no one after him.

Multiple motor vehicle accidents kept the deputies, fire and EMS busy.

April 2

Deputies and fire companies assisted Shoshone County with a multiple vehicle accident on their side of Interstate 90.

Deputies responded to a welfare check on an elderly male living in his pick-up. Everything was okay and no further action was needed.

Deputies responded to a call about a welfare check and upon arrival they learned that this was a rollover. Deputies and Montana Highway Patrol responded and conducted a search of the parties and vehicle involved. Frenchtown medical was called to the scene where the parties refused medical and a tow truck was called for the vehicle.

Theft reported that happened between March 31 and April 1. The case is still ongoing.

Deputies responded to a endangered male with help from the community members in St. Regis, deputies, and EMS. He was safe and taken to Mineral Community Hospital.

Deputies responded to a crash on Interstate 90 milemarker 70 EB to help with the flow of traffic and Frenchtown was called to ensure that parties were safe.

April 3

A vehicle crash reported at milemarker 54 on I-90 was a rental truck that hit a patch of black ice and was facing the wrong direction. Fire was on scene to help with traffic control.

Deputies, fire and EMS responded to a single vehicle crash on I-90 at milemarker 30 that had rolled. The two occupants were taken to Mineral Community Hospital.

Deputies responded to a protection order violation, the case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a protection order violation in Alberton, the case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a threat made to an employee at the grocery store. Deputies advised the party that he was not welcome in the area.

It was reported that there was a cow on I-90 milemarker 61 WB. MHP ensured the cow is now safe on the right side of the fence.

Deputies responded to a no-contact order. The deputy check with both parties and was able to collect the items that were in need and ensure that no contact was made by either party.
