Selma Louise Lindor (Gullette) Oct. 28, 1940 – Jan. 10, 2020

Selma left us very peacefully while the snow fell on January 10, 2020 at 6:35 p.m. at the graceful age of 79 years old. She also is preceded in death by her recent husband of 50-plus years, Elmer Lindor who left us all just six months ago.

We all truly believe in the power of God’s words I know for a fact that her terminal illness and a broken heart is why God called Mom home to be with dad again!!!

GG is what the family called her and she will be so greatly missed by us all so very much. Her laughter and her physical presence and her kindness and patience is what saddens us the most, we

did learn through this that mom was a true believer in giving everything you do 100% and she did!!

Selma was a 50-plus year member of the Rebekah Lodge and the Odd Fellow Lodge of Washington. She drew members in young and old through her love of people and the word of God and the kindness and duties of the members of the lodge.

For the past 16 years GG has worked for the arc of Spokane humbly calling on you to see if you have any household items you may want to donate.

This last year mom had to retire and care for dad in the home until it became too much so dad was placed in a facility. After GG passed is when we found out about all the lives she touched through work and lodge.

GG loved FOOD, FAMILY and FRIENDS. It was very humbling to hear how she shared her shoulder to lean on and an ear to just listen and NEVER JUDGING A SOUL!

Selma is survived by her only brother James Gullette, his son Mike Gullette and his daughter Jaimie Gullette, one brother in-law Harold and Joyce Lindor. Selma also has two children: Daughter Thresa Justice, son in-law Alan Justice, son Tracy Lindor his companion Krystal McKinley and her daughter Emma. Two granddaughters; Brandy Justice and George Gillis, Brianna Burgess and Ryan Burgess, three grandsons; Christian Lindor and Makayla Lynn Welch, Garth and Samantha Carlson, Harold Waddington, seven wonderful great grand-children: Brooklynn, Akira, Kamari, Trinity, Dawlton, Zarina, Hailey Rae and many other nieces and nephews.

Please feel free to join us in celebrating Selma and Elmer’s life together at the Superior, Montana Cemetery at 1 p.m. May 23.
