Suspicious men were just trying to sell vacuums

May 13

Deputies responded to St. Regis for a possible kidnapping out of Oregon. When they arrived the deputies determined that the female was there on her own free will and not under any distress.

May 14

Deputies responded to a theft at the Super 8 in St Regis. Case is under investigation.

Deputies conducted a welfare check it was determined that someone had abandoned their camper and had left their dog. The case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to two men who were believed to be suspicious. Deputies located the men and it was determined that they were vacuum salesmen who would be in the area for the week.

Deputies responded to a missing child. Deputies located the child under the bed.

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash, St Regis QRU, Superior ambulance also responded and two people were transported to Mineral Community Hospital.

Deputies responded to a welfare check on a man in Haugen. The male was doing OK and nothing further was needed.

Deputies responded to a theft in Superior. Case is under investigation.

May 17

Deputies responded to a horse on the loose in St Regis. The horse decided to go home.

Deputies responded to an agency assist in trying to locate two missing men who were out picking mushrooms. They were located.

May 18

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 milemarker 27. Two men were transported to Mineral Community Hospital.

Deputies responded in Alberton to assist a citizen, this case is still under investigation.

May 19

Deputies responded to a possible trespass and the case is still on going.

Deputies responded to St. Regis for men that were banging on doors at the early morning hours.
