Hot Springs resident opposes LR-130

I am writing to encourage voters to vote no on LR-130 because it prohibits local governments from prohibiting or penalizing vagrancy. (See section 2 subsection 14 shown on page 19 of your 2020 voter information pamphlet).
I have a stepson who lives in Medford, Oregon, where homeless people have been arriving on buses because they have been offered paid bus tickets there.
I am concerned that if Legislative Referendum 130 is enacted, our beautiful state of Montana could become a dumping ground for homeless people by other states.
Thank you for your consideration of this issue.
Sincerely,
Delta Clemmons-Jackson, Hot Springs, Montana
