| November 10, 2021 12:00 AM

Taxidermist Tim Patton, the owner and operator of T & K Wildlife Taxidermy in Plains, works on a white-tailed deer head at his shop Tuesday, Nov. 1. Patton said a hunter bagged the big buck in the Trout Creek area during the 2020 season. It typically takes about one year for a typical animal mount to be completed. Patton said he expects work to pick up as the 2021 season progresses. (Scott Shindledecker/Valley Press)
