Patrick "Scotty" J. Scott

Patrick J. Scott, 52, of St. Regis, Montana, passed away peacefully Wednesday Aug. 25, 2021 at Community Medical Center in Missoula, Montana.

He was born on March 17, 1969 in San Jose, California to Jack and Daisy Scott.

Patrick grew up and attended school in Page, Arizona. He enjoyed spending time and working as a ranch hand and cowboy at his grandparent's ranch. He was a child actor and had small roles in Western movies. Patrick had a special place in his heart for horses. After high school he moved to Mesa, Arizona and worked as a landscaper then eventually moved to St. Regis, Montana.

He spent time volunteering and helping others with handyman and landscaping projects. Patrick was very outgoing and loved to be around people, he had a sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. He had a passion for working with horses and continued as a ranch hand and cowboy.

He liked to spend most of his time outdoors, mountain firewood trips, hiking, and hanging out with friends. Patrick was a loving father to two boys, a brother, an uncle, and a loyal and devoted friend. He always made himself available to lend a helping hand whenever his friends were in need.

Survivors include his sons, Miles and Parker Scott, Chicago, Illinois; grandmother Shirley Scott, Kaibeto, Arizona; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A private celebration of life service will be held in Arizona by his immediate family. Friends are encouraged to find a way to honor and celebrate Patrick. May we all find a trait we admire in him and implement it into our lives so his warrior spirit and legacy may live on.
