On Tuesday June 14, the American Legion Montana Post 13 - Ray Welch, held its annual Flag Day Retirement Ceremony on an unusually cold and blustery afternoon at their legion building next to the Clark Fork River.
Around a dozen post members were present as they properly and honorably disposed close to 40 American flags...
