“My main concern is that the article clearly states that Superior's performance is on Saturday, Dec.16 as a 3 p.m. matinee,” writes Jim Goss, Treasurer of the Mineral County Performing Arts Council.

Goss is referring to the holiday presentation from Dolce Canto out of Missoula. Dolce Canto members are professional musicians, music teachers, members of the local business community, and students who share an enthusiasm for wide-ranging choral repertoire.

Their 30-voice choir will perform their program Caritas et Amor: Songs of Love and Hope. "It's been quite some time since we last had this talented group of musicians here in Mineral County,” Goss continues. “They have added piano accompaniment and an ever-widening repertoire of music.
