Shoshone County not seeking death penalty in Kellogg massacre case

WALLACE, Idaho –– Shoshone County Prosecuting Attorney Benjamin Allen will not seek the death penalty as a sentencing option for accused murderer MajorJon Kaylor, according to a release from his office.
