Sharon Kaye (Stenberg) Rogers

On Feb. 4, 2023, Sharon Kaye (Stenberg) Rogers received her angel wings.

She was born in Bellingham, Wash., May 10, 1948 (74) to Kenneth and Lucille Stenberg who preceded her in death. She had three younger brothers, two of which also preceded her in death, Willie Stenberg and Dale (Diane) Stenberg, and is survived by Darrell (Deborah) Stenberg. She is survived by her husband Dave Rogers, who she married Aug. 7, 1985. Brett Dally (son) preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters Anita (Dave) Dally, Shannon (Matt) Jorgensen, and son Ronnie Gibson. She also is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved her dearly.

Sharon loved her family and her dogs. Her greatest desire was for her family to be healthy and happy. She was at her happiest being surrounded by her loved ones, sharing stories and laughing together over a meal. She touched so many people. She was a giving and loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Many times throughout her life she opened her home and helped raise grandchildren and great-grandchildren, further proving her love and devotion to her family.

She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Until we meet again, you will forever be missed.

There will be a memorial to honor her life April 15, 2023, at St. Regis school at noon, with food to follow at the Community Center in St. Regis. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Trail West bank in St. Regis or Superior.
