NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE To be sold for cash at a Trustee’s Sale on August 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM on the front steps of the Mineral County Courthouse located at 300 River Street, Superior, MT 59872, the following described real property situated in Mineral County, State of Montana: Lot 13 of THE GREENS AT CEDAR CREEK, a platted Subdivision in Mineral County, Montana, according to the official recorded plat thereof. More commonly known as 282 Clark Fork Drive, Superior, MT 59872.
