At 9 a.m. Saturday morning, Mullan Gulch Road in St. Regis was empty and quiet under overcast skies. But by 10 a.m., as the fog dissipated, the sleepy town of St. Regis was bustling with visitors, and parking was bursting at the seams. The 46th Annual Memorial Day Flea Market at the St. Regis Park was officially underway and every dog-walking, wagon-pulling, bargain-hunting person was there to see it.
