MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING FOR SHYROCK MOTORCOACH COMMUNITY PHASE 2 MAJOR SUBDIVISION SEPTEMBER 18, 2023 The Mineral County Planning Board will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 2 Major Subdivision, on September 18, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The property is described as Amended Lot 74 of Amended Plat of Amended Lot 5 of Rock Springs and Lot 74 of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1A- Book of Townsites 270, Lot 73B of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1B – Book of Townsites 288, and Lot 53 of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1B – Book of Townsites 288, located in Section 12 of Township 16 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. The proposal would create 46 Lots and 6 Rental RV Spaces ranging in size from .29 acres to 88.66 acres from the existing 110.45-acre lots. The proposed lots will be served by both public water and sewer systems. The proposal will have access from Shyrock Loop Drive, Glacier Drive, and Leisure Drive.
