Richard 'Rich Minch, 76 Born March 4, 1947 Elyria, Ohio died Aug. 5, 2023 at Bitterroot Health- Daly Hospital in Hamilton.

A memorial service will be held Sept. 23, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Saint Regis Community Bible Church in Saint Regis, 401 Main Street. Fellowship and lunch to follow.
