MINERAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR SHYROCK MOTORCOACH COMMUNITY PHASE 2 MAJOR SUBDIVISION September 29, 2023 The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 2 Major Subdivision, on September 29, 2023 at 10:35 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The property is described as Amended Lot 74 of Amended Plat of Amended Lot 5 of Rock Springs and Lot 74 of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1A- Book of Townsites 270, Lot 73B of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1B – Book of Townsites 288, and Lot 53 of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1B – Book of Townsites 288, located in Section 12 of Township 16 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. The proposal would create 46 Lots and 6 Rental RV Spaces ranging in size from .29 acres to 88.66 acres from the existing 110.45-acre lots. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) The Town of Superior on behalf of District XI Human Resource Council (HRC), has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant CARES (CDBG-CV) in the amount of $259,310 by the Montana Department of Commerce (MDOC) for renovations to the HRC Superior Office located at 38 Mullan Rd. W., Superior, MT for construction and installation siding and gutters. Contingent upon this award, HRC on behalf of the Town of Superior, is requesting proposals to design, construct and install siding and gutters in compliance with all applicable requirements under the Montana CDBG-CV Program. Payment terms will be negotiated with the selected offeror. The construction costs will be paid with CDBG-CV funds.
