MINERAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR SHYROCK MOTORCOACH COMMUNITY PHASE 2 MAJOR SUBDIVISION September 29, 2023 The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 2 Major Subdivision, on September 29, 2023 at 10:35 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The property is described as Amended Lot 74 of Amended Plat of Amended Lot 5 of Rock Springs and Lot 74 of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1A- Book of Townsites 270, Lot 73B of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1B – Book of Townsites 288, and Lot 53 of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1B – Book of Townsites 288, located in Section 12 of Township 16 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana.
