MINERAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR SHYROCK MOTORCOACH COMMUNITY PHASE 2 MAJOR SUBDIVISION MATERIAL CHANGE TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL MAY 10, 2024 The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding proposed material changes to the Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 2 Major Subdivision, Preliminary Plat Approval. The meeting will be held on May 10, 2024 at 11:10 AM in the Commissioners’ Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The developers are proposing to change Shyrock Phase 2 septic systems from public septic systems to multiple shared and individual septic systems.
