PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Town of Superior will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 12, 2024, 6:30 pm, in the Council Chambers at 105 Cedar Street, Superior, MT for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding a proposed application to the Montana Department of Commerce’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and other programs, as applicable, for a Food Bank New Construction Project located in the Town of Superior, Montana. At the public hearing, the proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and proposed area of the project, activities, budget, possible sources of funding, and any costs that may impact local citizens as a result of the project. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Mineral County Pioneer Council Transit Facility Superior, Montana Reed Mountain Construction, Inc. (RMCI), General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the Mineral County Pioneer Council (MCPC) Transit Facility, Superior, Montana Notice is hereby given that bids for all trades/phases of construction for the above project will be received by the GC/CM noted above on or before August 23, 2024 by 4:00 pm. All bids shall be sent via email to reedmountain@gmail.com with the subject “MCPC Transit Facility Bid”. Quantified bid packages for each trade may be obtained by contacting the GC/CM. Email confirmation receipts will be sent to bidder after each bid is received. The bulk of construction will consist of wood stud structural framing, wood truss roof framing, and slab on grade floor system. There will not be a walk-through of the project but site access can be obtained by contacting and coordinating with the parties mentioned.
