St. Regis School Final Budget Meeting St. Regis School Board of Trustees will meet Thursday, August 15th in the Music Room at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and adopting the final budget of the district. This meeting of the trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the district’s budget. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Mineral County Pioneer Council Transit Facility Superior, Montana Reed Mountain Construction, Inc. (RMCI), General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the Mineral County Pioneer Council (MCPC) Transit Facility, Superior, Montana Notice is hereby given that bids for all trades/phases of construction for the above project will be received by the GC/CM noted above on or before August 23, 2024 by 4:00 pm. All bids shall be sent via email to reedmountain@gmail.com with the subject “MCPC Transit Facility Bid”. Quantified bid packages for each trade may be obtained by contacting the GC/CM. Email confirmation receipts will be sent to bidder after each bid is received. Physical bids will also be considered, which must be delivered in a sealed envelope to: Mineral County Pioneer Council, 28 Edgewater Lane, Superior, MT 59872. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER 4 PM ON AUGUST 23 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be reviewed by RMCI, the MCPC and Slate Architecture the week of August 26, 2024. It is the intent of RMCI to issue results to each trade by close of business on September 9, 2024. The proposed work is new construction of a 2,550 sf “bus barn” consisting of unconditioned garage space to support parking/storage for four transportation vehicles and conditioned office space consisting of two offices, one meeting room with kitchenette, one restroom, one mechanical and IT/storage room. The bulk of construction will consist of wood stud structural framing, wood truss roof framing, and slab on grade floor system. There will not be a walk-through of the project but site access can be obtained by contacting and coordinating with the parties mentioned. The project is located off the intersection of McKinley Avenue and Moats Lane in Superior, Montana and is being funded by federal monies obtained by the MCPC via the CARES Act and Federal Transit Administration 5339 Bus/Bus Facility Funds.Plans, specifications and bid documents may be obtained at the Missoula Plans Exchange, most other public MT Plans Exchanges, or by contacting RMCI at reedmountain@gmail.com or by phone at 406-722-0011.
