An evening of Christmas music filled the air at Fred Young Park this past Wednesday, thanks to the Plains School Choir and a talented group of alumni.

Under the direction of Plains band and music teacher Rhiannon Greenwood, the singers performed a heartwarming concert on a mild evening. The program included beloved holiday classics such as "Jingle Bells" and "Frosty the Snowman," with a total of nine songs performed.

Plains freshman Billyray Holotta, dressed in a festive Santa suit, joined the choir to spread extra Christmas cheer with his spirited performance. One of the standout voices in the choir was foreign exchange student Tania Veremchuk, from Ukraine, who is also a member of the school’s wrestling team.
