Tammy Wieweck has been a member of the United Methodist Church in Superior for 11 years, joining after her first visit.

“It was the welcoming that I got when I walked in the door,” she said. “People were smiling and laughing. I was met with open arms and Shirly Mancini said for me to sit next to her. Pastor Waveland and Stacy (King) were singing in the choir and I joined soon after that visit."

Wieweck and the United Methodist Church were the driving force that has brought the return of the weekly Lenten Lunches that were enjoyed before the pandemic, with this year being the first one.
