MINERAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR MINERAL COUNTY FLOOD PLAIN Hazard Management Regulations Update MARCH 8, 2024 The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 8, 2024 at 11:05 a.m. to consider passing a Resolution to Adopt the Mineral County Floodplain Hazard Management Regulations Update. The public hearing will be held in the Mineral County Commissioners meeting room located at 300 River Street, Superior MT, at which time and place all persons interested in said floodplain regulations update may be heard thereon. PUBLIC NOTICE This is to notify all interested parties that the Sanders County Council on Aging will be requesting financial assistance from the Montana Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration. The Council on Aging is applying for a Transportation Capital Needs grant in the amount of $90.000.00. This amount reflects Council on Aging applying for capital funds to purchase one 9-passenger van for Sanders County Transportation to utilize in its public transportation services. The grant is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and administered by the Montana Department of Transportation. The application is on file at 203 Main Street, Hot Springs,MT.
