Fireworks light up New Year's celebration at Quinn's
Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort celebrated the new year in style.
Locals and people from all over the region made Quinn’s Hot Springs their hotspot in Sanders County for their New Year’s celebration. Live music played by the Northern Lights Band out of Missoula entertained over 170 guests keeping things hopping while all waited for the new year.
The evening’s excitement cooled down with the move outside for a cold countdown for the last few minutes of 2023. As the year ended and 2024 started the sky was filled with explosions of fireworks supplied by Rocket Man Pyros of Spokane. They have been wowing quests during both the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve events at Quinn’s for over 20 years.
Owner and operator Steve Underwood, and his assistant Dylan Ray, put on a lively show.
Underwood said, “This is a good place to do it. People are very appreciative, and they like it. They are nice people.”
The company does shows all over the Northwest. The six-minute program saw over 1,200 fireworks lighting up the sky over an ice filled Clark Fork River.
