INVITATION TO BID The Mineral County Sheriff Office is requesting sealed bids for 2 Dispatch Radio Consoles and the installation of associated equipment and wiring and removal of the old system. Sealed Bids are invited and should be sent to: Office of the Clerk and Recorder, PO BOX 550, Superior, MT 59872 at or prior to 1 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on Friday January 26th, 2024. Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at 3 p.m. on January 26th, 2024, at the Mineral County Commissioner Meeting. Bids will need to be marked on the sealed envelope: Mineral County Sheriff Radio Console. The bidding documents consisting of: Bidder requirements, submission format, required specifications for equipment will be held on file in the Clerk and Recorders Office and copies will be available. Arrangements can be made to view existing equipment and specifications by contacting dispatch at 406-822-3555. All questions must be submitted in writing to Mistydawn Holyoak at Mholyoak@co.mineral.mt.us or by dropping them off at Mineral County Dispatch located on the main floor of the Mineral County Courthouse.
