March for Life takes place in Thompson Falls

Residents in Sanders County took part in the annual March for Life anti-abortion demonstration last week on a snowy, windy 16-degree day in Thompson Falls.
It was the second March for Life rally since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022.
The number of people participating in this year’s march was down from the usual 50-plus to only 13 hardy souls who walked along the snow packed sidewalks of Thompson Falls.
