TOWN OF SUPERIOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDED PLAT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1 OF KELLY ADDITION, MINOR SUBDIVISION FEBRUARY 12, 2024 The hearing will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at 105 Cedar Street, Superior, MT. The proposed Amended Plat of Lot 1 of Block 1 of Kelly Addition, Minor Subdivision is located in the Town of Superior in the NE ¼ of Section 34, T.17N., R.26W., P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. The proposal will divide Lot 1 of Block 1 of Kelly Addition into two residential lots. Proposed Lot 1A will be 3,726.86 square feet and Proposed Lot 1B will be 3,372.09 square feet. Both lots will have access off of Fourth Avenue. The proposed amended plat will be a minor division of an original tract of land.
