Wash and relocate approximately 1,000 cubic yards of riprap from within the lagoons to the outer bank of the easternmost lagoon. 3. Regrade both lagoons and install new liners. 4. Demolition of existing blower building and aeration system. 5. Installation of a new blower building, blowers, air piping, and diffusers. 6. Electrical improvements and new electrical service for the new blower and headworks buildings. 7. Gravel surfacing, and other surface restoration. ADDITIVE ALTNERATE NO.1: NEW HEADWORKS BUILDING 1. This work includes construction of a new headworks building with a mechanical bar screen, washer/compactor, and energy-recovery ventilator. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SUPERIOR   COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESMENT The Town of Superior, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 8, 2024, 6:30 pm, in the Council Chambers at 105 Cedar Street, Superior, MT, for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the Town’s overall community development needs (public facilities, economic development, and housing needs), including the needs of low- and moderate-income persons. The Town Council will also seek the views of citizens on the activities that should be undertaken to meet the identified needs and their relative priority. The Town may apply for funding from the Montana Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program (federal funding administered by the Montana Department of Commerce) and other state and federal funding sources to deal with local housing, public facilities, or other community needs and would like comments or suggestions from local citizens regarding the Town’s needs and the type of projects which should be considered. PUBLIC OPPORTUNITY TO PROTEST TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF Montana Retail On-Premises Consumption Beer and Wine with Catering Endorsement License SHLOOP, BRADLEY & FRICK LLC (Bradley Pride, Owner) has applied for a Corporate Structure Change for Montana Retail On-Premises Cosumption Beer and Wine with Catering Endorsement License No. 35-845-7110-302 to add Deanne Creamer as an owner. The public may protest this license change in accordance with the law. Who can protest this transfer? Protests will be accepted from residents of the county of the proposed location Sanders County, residents of adjoining Montana counties, and residents of adjoining counties in another state if the criteria in 16-4-207(4)(d), Montana Code Annotated (MCA), are met. What information must be included? Protest letters must be legible and contain (1) the protestor’s full name, mailing address, and street address; (2) the license number 35-845-7110-302 and the applicant’s name SHLOOP, BRADLEY & FRICK LLC; (3) an indication that the letter is intended as a protest; (4) a description of the grounds for protesting; and (5) the protestor’s signature. A letter with multiple signatures will be considered one protest letter. What are valid protest grounds? What happens if the transfer is protested? Depending on the number of protests and the protest grounds, a public hearing will be held in Helena or Hot Springs. All valid protestors will be notified of the hearing’s time, date and location. Hearings typically are scheduled within 90 days. A protester’s hearing testimony is limited to the grounds in the protester’s letter.
