St. Regis celebrate Memorial Day
Members of the public were welcome to march down to the St. Regis river following behind the Legion members, once at the bridge they explained that the act of throwing a wreath into the waters below was to commemorate those who were killed in the line of duty, in the maritime branches of the military.
