Wash and relocate approximately 1,000 cubic yards of riprap from within the lagoons to the outer bank of the easternmost lagoon. 3. Regrade both lagoons and install new liners. 4. Demolition of existing blower building and aeration system. 5. Installation of a new blower building, blowers, air piping, and diffusers. 6.
