Remove and dispose of approximately 200 dry tons of existing sludge from the wastewater lagoons in addition to the upper 4-inches of cover material over the old liner. 2. Wash and relocate approximately 1,000 cubic yards of riprap from within the lagoons to the outer bank of the easternmost lagoon. 3. Regrade both lagoons and install new liners. 4. Demolition of existing blower building and aeration system. 5. Installation of a new blower building, blowers, air piping, and diffusers. 6. Electrical improvements and new electrical service for the new blower and headworks buildings. 7. Gravel surfacing, and other surface restoration. ADDITIVE ALTNERATE NO.1: NEW HEADWORKS BUILDING 1.
