NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SUPERIOR   COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESMENT The Town of Superior, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 8, 2024, 6:30 pm, in the Council Chambers at 105 Cedar Street, Superior, MT, for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the Town’s overall community development needs (public facilities, economic development, and housing needs), including the needs of low- and moderate-income persons. The Town Council will also seek the views of citizens on the activities that should be undertaken to meet the identified needs and their relative priority. The Town may apply for funding from the Montana Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program (federal funding administered by the Montana Department of Commerce) and other state and federal funding sources to deal with local housing, public facilities, or other community needs and would like comments or suggestions from local citizens regarding the Town’s needs and the type of projects which should be considered. LAGOON DECOMMISSIONING PROJECT Town of Plains, Montana Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for the Lagoon Decommissioning Project will be received by the Town of Plains, Clerk, electronically through Morrison-Maierle’s electronic bidding site, www.questcdn.com, until 2:00 p.m., local time on July 18, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read via a Zoom meeting.
