MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD MEETING APRIL 15, 2024 The meeting will be held on April 15, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Commissioners’ Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. There will be a discussion and review with a recommendation to the Mineral County Board of Commissioners regarding changes to the Preliminary Plat Approval for Shyrock Phase 2. The developers are proposing to change Shyrock Phase 2 septic systems from public septic systems to multiple shared and individual septic systems. There will also be a discussion regarding updated Planning Board Bylaws and updates by the Planner.
