Local artist returns home for benefit concert
The Clark Fork Valley Hospital Foundation will host the Tanner Laws Band at The Rex Theater for a benefit concert on March 29. The concert will feature country music artist Tanner Laws, Thompson Falls native, along with his band of three other talented musicians.
Proceeds from this event will be earmarked for the purchase of a new bedside ultrasound machine to be utilized in the CFVH emergency department and help care for patients who present with life threatening and severe conditions where time and quality of care is of the utmost importance.
“Tickets are available now and we don’t expect them to last long,” shared Tonya Revier, CFVH Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator. “It’s exciting to have Tanner perform for us. His career has really taken off and to support a local artist who grew up in our area makes this event have an even greater sense of community.”
There are two seating options: general admission and premier seating for those wanting to sit at the front of the theater.
Early bird ticket pricing will be available until March 11 and all tickets can be purchased online at cfvh.org/events.
“When you check out, you will have the option to make a charitable gift to the CFVH Foundation. This is a great opportunity to further support the Foundation in its mission to improve healthcare services in Sanders County,” added Revier.
Several community partners have already committed to sponsoring the benefit to ensure its success including: Alera Group Insurance, The Ledger, First Security Bank, McGowan Grocery and Stockman Bank.
“If you see representatives from these organizations, be sure to thank them,” said Dr. Gregory Hanson, CFVH President/CEO and Foundation Director. “It’s organizations like these that strengthen our community and we can’t thank them enough for supporting our efforts to provide quality healthcare to our friends and neighbors for years to come.”
Concessions and beverages will be available the night of the event with doors opening at 6 p.m., and the event starting at 7 p.m.
