NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The St. Regis Resort Tax District will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 21, 2025. The public hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the St. Regis Community Center at 230 Lobo Loop, St Regis, MT 59866. The District has scheduled the hearing to obtain public comments regarding the proposed water system improvements to the community of St. Regis. With assistance from Great West Engineering, the District is preparing a water preliminary engineering report (PER) and is interested in public input. At the public hearing, representatives of the St. Regis community and Great West Engineering will explain the purpose of the project, the project area, the scope of work, the budget, possible sources of funding, and any costs that may result for local citizens because of the project. During the public hearing, residents may ask questions and express their opinions regarding the project and its impact on the community of St. Regis. MINERAL COUNTY FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PUBLIC NOTICE July 16, 2025 The Mineral County Environmental Health and Planning Department received a Floodplain Development Permit application from Morrison Maierle for the removal and replacement of the existing Clark Fork River bridge located over the Clark Fork River (MDT SN 01379) Interstate-90, Reference Post 66.3, Alberton, MT, Section 32, Township 15 North, Range 24 West, PMM, Mineral County, MT The Clark Fork River bridge is located within the Alberton Gorge. The project will address aging infrastructure and the bridges poor condition. The project structure will be replaced with a new structure meeting current bridge and interstate highway design standards. The objective is to improve functionality, reliability, and safety of the bridge. Copies of the application can be reviewed at the Mineral County Environmental Health and Planning Department.
