Len Allen Wagoner, 64
Len passed away Jan. 28, 2025 at the Clark Fork Valley Hospital in Plains Montana. Len was born in Buffalo Wyoming at the Memorial Johnson County Hospital on May 22, 1960 to Josephine & Allen and his older sister Gail Wagoner.
In 1967 we all moved to Plains Montana. Len started school in the 2nd grade and graduated in 1978 out of Plains High School. He was in sports, football, track and wrestling. After graduation, he moved to Buffalo, Wyoming. He stayed with his Uncle Bill Wagoner & family. While he was there, he rode bareback broncs at the Johnson County fairgrounds in Buffalo, Wyoming. He worked in oil fields, mining, and other odd jobs.
He met Carleen Fern Arndt. They got married at the Wesley Methodist Church in Buffalo, Wyoming, December 28, 1979.
Then in 1980 they moved to Plains Montana. They had their first son Rocky in 1981 and then their second son Dustin in 1983.
Len was a logger like his dad, Allen Wagoner. He fought fires with the state. He had a portable sawmill. He enjoyed his sons, as well as he enjoyed his sister Gail’s two sons. He was also a wrestling coach, and he enjoyed hunting logging and doing things with his family.
Len was survived by his wife, Carleen, sons; Rocky and Dustin (Rose), grandchildren; Carlie, and Westin, his brother-in-law ‘s, sister-in-law ‘s, nieces and nephews, along with Len's sister, Gail Barry and Ed. His nephews Casey (Keri) McCrae, and his great nephews, Randy and Brody McCrae. His many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
