MINERAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR CHUTE GULCH MINOR SUBDIVISION MAY 29, 2025 The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Chute Gulch Minor Subdivision on May 29, 2025. The hearing will be held in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Chute Gulch Minor is a proposed 5-lot minor subdivision located off Mullan Rd E., approximately 5 miles southeast of Superior, MT. The property lies north of Interstate 90 and the Clark Fork River.
