The third annual Winter Festival held outdoors each December on the St. Regis School grounds was lacking snow this year but not holiday spirit. Sliders, mini funnel cakes, and a hot cocoa station kept attendees full, and for entertainment families enjoyed horse drawn wagon rides around the football field. (Mineral Independent/Amy Quinlivan)
