Legislation would combine water quality commissions
A bill that would create a Western Montana Conservation Commission — repealing the Flathead Basin Commission and the Upper Columbia Conservation Commission — had its first hearing in the Senate Natural Resources Committee last week.

Rafting the Gorge
I left from Superior Saturday morning on an old blue and white bus and bounced down the frontage road towards Cyr for a daylong raft trip on the Clark Fork River with Western Waters.
